For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Identification Information” shall mean data relating to a natural person using this platform (Job Seekers/Representatives of the Job posters) and who is directly or indirectly identifiable data or any other details including but not limited to any characteristic, trait, attribute or any other feature of the identity of the person, whether online or offline, or any combination of such features with any other information, which identifies the individual/company, and shall include any inference drawn from such data for the purpose of profiling

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, post requirements, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, qualification certificate copy, mailing address, phone number, and credit and debit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT

a. Identity and Contact Data. This includes your name, address, mobile number, gender, email address, geographic location; age range (to ensure that you are of a legally valid age group)

Profile Data. information that one would usually include in a resume, including name, contact details including e-mail address and mobile number, work experience, educational qualifications, data relating to your current and past remuneration or salary, a copy of your resume, etc. when you register on the Platform; any other specific requirement in order to verify the eligibility to apply for a particular job posted on the App/Site

 

c. Feedback, messages and survey responses. This includes any messaging you send us in a service request, question or concern including via email, telephone or via the App (if available).

 

d. Verifiable Credentials containing personal data which are either issued by you (as Issuer) or to you (as Holder). In these Terms, “Verifiable Credentials” shall refer to tamper-evident data in a machine-readable format (i.e. expressed as structured code) that contains information / pertains to a certain data point about a natural person or legal entity.

 

e. Personal data collected from cookies and similar technologies. We use commonly-used tools to automatically collect information that may contain Personal data from your computer or mobile device as you visit the App or in general use our 2 services. This includes your internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser and device information, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on the App (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. Refer to section 6 below for more information.

 

f. Professional information: We will require your professional information like your education, work experience, skills, photo, city or area which would help you to get more from our services including helping prospective employers to contact you.

 

g. Other information. Any other information of a personal nature that you voluntarily provide to us in the course of your use of the App and/or services.

 

h. Contact List: We may require access to your contacts list on your mobile device for building social connect loops and . We always ask for your consent before accessing your contacts list and you have the option to deny us access to your contacts list. However, you will be able to share content from the App with your contacts only after you have provided us the permission access the contacts for this purpose.

 

i. Camera Permission. We would require permission from you to access the camera so that photo that you have clicked can be displayed on your resume or even for any videos that may be uploaded into the App in the LC mode.

 

j. Voluntary provision of personal data. We may collect personal data (1) that you voluntarily provide to us, (2) from third parties; or (3) through your use of our (or our services provider’s) digital technologies and services. What personal data we collect depends on the purposes for which the personal data is collected and what you have chosen to provide. When our collection is based on consent, you can choose not to provide us with personal data. Also please do not post or add personal data that you do not want to make publicly available. However, if you do so, it may not be possible for us to fulfil the purposes for which we require the personal data, including processing your transactions or providing you with the products and services that you require.

 

k. Accuracy and completeness of personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data that you provide to us is true, accurate and complete. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your personal data.

 

l. Minors. The App and/or services are not intended to be accessed or used by minors or persons who are not of legal age. If you are a parent or guardian and you have reason to believe your child or ward has provided us with their personal data without your consent, please contact us.

 

m. Verifiable Credentials. You acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, processing, transfer and storage of your personal data by us and/or third-party service providers that facilitate the transactions and activities between you and other users or third parties on or through the App, for the purposes of generating, creating, providing, storing, processing, facilitating, transferring, transmitting and managing Verifiable 3 Credentials. You acknowledge and consent for us (or our service providers) to disclose your data and information (including Verifiable Credentials) to third parties at your instruction and/or direction.

 

NON-PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION:

 

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized including IP address and other similar information.

 

WEB BROWSER COOKIES:

 

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

  • To the extent required for identity verification, government sanctions screening and due diligence checks.
  • Establishing, exercising or defending legal rights in connection with legal proceedings (including any prospective legal proceedings) and seeking professional or legal advice in relation to such legal proceedings.
  • To send you alerts and marketing/promotional communications (If you do not wish to receive such marketing/promotional communications from us you may indicate your preferences at the time of registration or by following the instructions provided on the Site or by providing instructions to this effect)
  • To resolve disputes, if any and troubleshoot;
  • To avoid/check illegal and/or potentially prohibited activities and to enforce Agreements
  • To investigate potential violations or applicable national & international laws;
  • To investigate deliberate damage to the Site/services or its legitimate operation;
  • To Detect, prevent, or otherwise address security and/or technical issues;
  • To protect the rights, property or safety of HTML and/or its Directors, employees and the general public at large;
  • To respond to Claims of third parties;
  • To provide joint services, contents and marketing communications to the members of our corporate family and group, affiliates, service providers and third parties under a contract;

Any other reasonable purposes related to the aforesaid. Where personal data is used for a new purpose and where required under applicable law, we shall obtain your consent.

Use permitted under applicable laws.We may also collect, use, disclose and process your personal data for other purposes, without your knowledge or consent, where this is required or permitted by law. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION OR CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

CHOICE/OPT OUTS

We give you the choice regarding the collection and usage of your personally identifiable information. During registration for “joining our mailing list,” we request for contact information in order to send bulletins and for advertising purposes. You may therefore choose to opt out of providing such information. We may send you marketing messages by SMS, Whatsapp, Email, RCS or by any other medium.

REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES AS PER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND ITS RULES

We have implemented “Reasonable Security Practices” as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 rules including any amendment in the said Act and its rules. By complying with such provisions, we assure you proper care and control over our Information Technology and Security operations under sections 43, 43A, 45, 66,72A & 85 of I.T. Act, 2000 and I.T.A.A, 2008 including related rules and therefore you agree that we shall not be held responsible for any activity in your account which results from your failure to keep your own password/mobile secured.

By using this service you agree that we shall not be held responsible for any uncontrollable security attacks and in such cases you agree that we shall not be held responsible for any type of financial losses, loss of opportunity, legal cost, business losses, reputation loss, direct and indirect losses that may occur to you as per the Provisions of Section 43, 43A and 45 of Information Technology Act, 2000 including any amendments in the said Act and any other laws of India for the time being in force. You further agree that our management shall not be held responsible directly or indirectly for any cybercrime related criminal liabilities under I.T. PAYJOB takes industry standard protocols and technology to protect registered user information. PAYJOB also protects registered user information offline. All registered user information is restricted within our offices. Servers used to store personally identifiable information are housed in a secure, supervised environment. In addition, only our employees who need specific information to perform a task are granted access to personally identifiable information. PAYJOB takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information it collects and stores about our Users.

All access to the Site is encrypted using industry-standard transport layer security technology (TLS). When you enter sensitive information (such as tax identification number), we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also use HTTP strict transport security to add an additional layer of protection for our Users. In case any Personal Information is shared by you with PAYJOB which is not requested by PAYJOB during registration, (whether mandatorily or optionally), PAYJOB will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure in relation to such information.
