ATM Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising ATM field operations, coordinating field executives, monitoring ATM activities, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role involves regular site visits, team coordination, reporting, and communication with banks, vendors, and service teams.

Requirements:

  • Supervise and coordinate ATM Field Executives

  • Monitor daily ATM field activities and site visits

  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of ATM-related issues

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, technicians, and field teams

  • Track attendance, work status, and field performance

  • Conduct regular ATM/site inspections

  • Prepare daily and periodic operational reports

  • Escalate major technical or operational issues to the concerned team

  • Ensure field activities are completed according to company guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in field operations or ATM/banking services

  • Good communication and team coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of ATM operations and field activities

  • Ability to manage and supervise field executives

  • Smartphone and basic computer knowledge

  • Willingness to travel for ATM/site visits

  • Valid driving licence preferred
